All items must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached (merchandise should be unworn and unwashed with no damages) otherwise will be refused.

Underwear, swimwear (excluding bikini tops), hosiery, cosmetics, and accessories are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and the smell of fragrance.

We offer an exchange or a store credit within 7 days after customer receive item using the original form of payment. After 7 days, refunds will be issued as a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

When returning an item it's very important we know who you are. Please indicate your name or your order number in the package before returning it.
